My medical career started over ten years ago when I graduated from the College of Southern Maryland with a certificate of Nursing. Soon after I accepted a job working at a local chiropractic office and became state certified as a Chiropractic Assistant. I quickly discovered that I have a passion for integrative medicine and began focusing primarily of physical therapy and rehabilitation. In 2015 I graduated from Anne Arundel Community College with my associates in Massage Therapy and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Maryland. I have a vast knowledge of different modalities including deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, sports massage, prenatal massage, myofascial release, craniosacral, lymphatic drainage, facilitated stretching, Gua Sha, and reflexology. I am currently continuing my education to include neuromuscular massage and cupping. In addition to my medical career, I graduated from the University of Maryland University College with a bachelors degree in business administration and a masters in Medical Administration. My main goal in life is to help better improve the overall health of individual I meet. I personally believe that massage therapy is an essential step to meeting optimal health.
